溶解情况:不溶于水(20℃时，100毫升水中只溶解0.00029g)。稍溶于冷乙醇。溶于丙酮、苯、乙醚、氯仿、四氯化碳、二氧化硫、三氯甲烷、热乙醇、甲苯、醋酸戊酯等。
硬脂酸英文名:Stearic Acid-829本品系从动、植物油脂中得到的固体脂肪酸，主要成分为硬脂酸(C18H36O2)与棕榈酸(C16H32O2)。
