合成方法编辑
由820kg 水杨酸与920kg 己醇在硫酸存在下直接酯化生成粗品水杨酸己酯，经中和、水洗、减压蒸馏而得成品。
用途编辑
用作化妆品香料的定香剂。也用作烟草香精。
是配制素心兰、康乃馨、馥奇等花香型香精的修饰剂。可作为花香、草香与赖伯当、薰衣草、迷迭香等混合香型应用的好的协调剂。
