合成方法编辑
1. 烟草：BU，14；FC，9；FC，OR，BU，18。
2.制法：
于装有搅拌器、回流冷凝器、温度计的反应瓶中，加入水130mL，浓硫酸160mL。搅拌下加热至145～150℃。慢慢加入邻氰基苄基氯（2）153g（1mol）反应中有氯化氢逸出。加完后于160℃反应2h。稍冷后倒入烧杯中，自然冷却，析出固体。抽滤，用水充分浸泡以除去无机盐，再抽滤、水洗，干燥，得苯酞（1）120g。用乙醇重结晶，得纯品（1）83g，mp73～75℃，收率71%。 [2]
