应用建议
透明质酸钠的分子量范围很宽，从几千~几百万道尔顿。不同分子量的透明质酸有着不同的使用效果，
1、洗面奶、水剂类，如紧肤水、嫩肤水等，建议使用分子量80万左右。
2、膏霜类、啫喱、护肤乳、奶，建议使用分子量100万~130万左右。
3、眼霜、眼部护理类建议使用分子量130万~150万左右。
4、普通保健食品添加服用建议食品级。
5、滴眼液使用滴眼液级。
6、注射建议使用医药级。
注意事项
1、透明质酸钠溶解应采用纯净水或蒸馏水，以免影响澄清度。
2、透明质酸钠是生物多糖，一经溶解尽量一次配用完毕，如有剩余液体，请加入防腐剂后保存，以防止微生物污染。
3、不能与阳离子表面活性剂或阳离子防腐剂混合使用，以免产生浑浊或沉淀反应。
4、透明质酸钠易吸潮，产品应密封存放于干燥、低温处（2~10℃）。
影响HA粘度的常见可逆与不可逆反应
在以下条件下，可使透明质酸钠溶液的粘度发生不可逆下降：
（1）pH值过低；
（2）透明质酸钠酶的存在；
（3）还原性物质如半胱氨酸、焦没食子酸、抗坏血酸或重金属离子的存在；
（4）紫外线、电子束照射；
（5）长时间高温。
在以下条件下，可使透明质酸钠溶液的粘度发生可逆下降：
（1）溶液中加入盐；
（2）溶液中有适量的有机溶剂存在；
（3）适当加热。

透明质酸钠与透明质酸的关系：
化学上：透明质酸=玻尿酸，透明质酸钠=玻璃酸钠（一般而言）
商品中：透明质酸=玻尿酸=透明质酸钠=玻璃酸钠
有人会问，从化学的严谨角度来说，透明质酸和透明质酸钠是不同的；但为什么在商品中就相同了？
其实，从化学角度来说，透明质酸钠是透明质酸的钠盐形式。

Hyaluronic acid is a mucopolysaccharide based on N-acetylglucosamine and glucuronic acid disaccharide repeated unit. Hyaluronic acid is widely presented in soft connective tissues of human and animals such as intercellular substance, vitreous body, umbilical cord, skin, joint synovia and cock' s comb. Its molucule weight range from tens of thousands to multi-million, main physiological function is moisture, lubrication and osmoregulation.

1.Injection Grade Sodium Hyaluronate
Applications: Produce intra-articular and intra-ocular preparations, such as Ophthalmic Viscosurgical Device, intra-articular injections,intradermal injections for aesthetic correction, anti-adhesive products, etc.

2.Eye Drops Grade Sodium Hyaluronate
Applications: Produce oral preparations or parenteral preparations. It can be used in eye drops, drug carrier, contact lens solutions, topical preparations for wound or burn healing, medical lubricants, etc. but not including intra-articular and intra-ocular preparations.

3.Cosmetics Grade Sodium Hyaluronate
