纳米氮化铪（HfN)通过气溶胶烧蚀法制备，具有纯度高，粒径小，分布均匀、比表面积大，高表面活性，：灰色粉末，立方晶结构。显微硬度16GPa。相当稳定，但易为王水、浓硫酸、氟氢酸所腐蚀。由铪和氮在900℃直接反应生成，或由铪卤化物和氨或氮和氢混合气体反应制取。为重要难熔化合物铪合金的重要组分。

Product characteristics

Hafnium nitride nanoparticles (HFN) were prepared by aerosol ablation method. They have high purity, small particle size, uniform distribution, large specific surface area, high surface activity, gray powder, cubic crystal structure. Microhardness 16gpa. It is quite stable, but it is easily corroded by aqua regia, concentrated sulfuric acid and hydrofluoric acid. It is produced by direct reaction of hafnium and nitrogen at 900 ℃, or by reaction of hafnium halide with ammonia or nitrogen and hydrogen mixture. It is an important component of HF alloy.
