广州乾泰化工纺织除油剂QT-0829具有优良的乳化、分散润湿、渗透、净洗的能力，它能有效去除各种纤维的不纯物或加工过程中沾附的污物、强油污、纺纱油剂、机油对纺织品造成的油斑及其它污迹，有助于后续的染色和其他工序的整理。
【性 状】
组 成：特殊非离子表面活性剂
外 观：无色透明液体

溶解性：易溶于水
【产品特点】
1．适合于各种纤维，对污渍有较强的洗净效果。
2．能有效地去除各种油斑、油迹，对高浓脂、难溶解油污的乳化，渗透分散力强。
3．对化学纤维在纺织中沾上的油质，具有特殊的洗净效果，还可以防止洗后再处理的白斑现象。
4．可有效地去除染缸中的污物及其油污的附着物。
5．可迅速充分的去污点，沾色；对织物净洗处理后，不会影响织物的色光，对纤维无损伤。
【使用方法】
建议用量：1～3g/L 可根据织物实际情况酌情增减。
建议工艺：除油剂1～3g/L，98～100℃×40～60min → 排液 → 脱水 → 烘干 亦可在染色工艺中加入同浴处理。
具体工艺以贵公司现有工艺为准
【注意事项】
1．应先要进行小样试验，以确定合适的用量；
2．若与其它整理剂同浴使用，请事先做好相容性试验。

1．存放于阴凉、干燥通风处，防日晒、雨淋，保质期6个月；

Description
Textile Degreaser‌‌ demonstrates excellent emulsifying, dispersing, wetting, penetrating, and detergency efficacy. It effectively removes impurities from various fibers, processing contaminants, heavy oil stains, spinning oils, machinery grease spots, and other soiling on textiles, facilitating subsequent dyeing and finishing processes.
