1.黄原胶是由甘蓝黑腐病野油菜黄单孢杆菌利用玉米淀粉、经生物工程制取的生物聚合物，它是由葡萄糖、甘露糖、葡萄糖醛酸、乙酸和丙酮酸组成的生物多糖。黄原胶的分子结构决定了它具有其它聚合物无法比拟的性能：1 低浓度下高粘度特性；2 良好的流动触变性或假塑性；3 耐酸、碱、盐，抗氧化、酶解；4 耐温，在若干次冷冻和解冻过程保持稳定，在高温条件下保持稳定；5 与酸、碱、盐、还原剂、表面活性剂、防腐剂、天然的或合成的增稠剂在同一溶液体系中有良好的兼容性；6 良好的分散作用，乳化稳定作用和悬浮颗粒、油滴能力。 遵照规格使用和储存则不会分解。

1. Xanthan gum is a biopolymer prepared by corn starch and bioengineering by Xanthomonas campestris. It is a biological polysaccharide composed of glucose, mannose, glucuronic acid, acetic acid and pyruvate. The low viscosity of the polymer determines that the structure of the polymer can not be compared with that of other polymers; 2 good flow thixotropy or pseudoplasticity; 3 acid, alkali and salt resistance, oxidation resistance and enzymatic hydrolysis; 4. Temperature resistance, stable during several freezing and thawing processes, and stable under high temperature conditions; 5. It has good compatibility with acid, alkali, salt, reducing agent, surfactant, preservative and natural or synthetic thickener in the same solution system; 6 good dispersion, emulsification stability and ability of suspended particles and oil droplets. If used and stored according to specifications, it will not decompose.
