产品描述：Brefeldin ABrefeldin A is a fungal metabolite that disrupts the structure and function of the Golgi apparatus; induces the Golgi proteins to redistribute into the ER and blocks the secretion from the Golgi apparatus._x000D_ IC50 value:_x000D_ Target: _x000D_ in vitro: Prolonged (15 h or 40 h) treatment of normal rat kidney (NRK) cells with BFA caused dramatic swelling of the Endoplasmic Reticulum (ER) and shifted its localization to the periphery of the cells.
